have played this game off and on for years, rarely making in-app purchases. but 1 day ago as I was playing, I made several purchases within the game, until for some unknown reason the purchase seemed to have vanished. Didn't think much of it, even continued playing today. But for whatever reason my keyboard had transitioned from english to chinese. I speak and write only english. I then got a message from my security app alerting me of 2 breaches. I deleted the game and any other games related.

Most gaming apps start out fun, easy & free, but in a short time it becomes almost impossible to get past levels...unless you pay. This is one of those games. Response: I'm not having difficulty playing your game. Your game's been developed, making levels so difficult even playing for days, or weeks, it can't be completed, unless you buy "power ups". Or wait until that perfect game of perfectly timed pieces after many games that were, obviously, predetermined to make you lose, no matter what.

Support sucks. I do not receive the unlimited rewards anymore and support says my computer time is no longer automatic. They will not do anything about it or even explain what they mean. This is stupid! Also like everyone else has said it gets really hard to play after a while. They set the difficulty where you can only win some board with extending you play by using paid extensions. I am a high level player and know for a fact they have it fixed as they made it easier last time I asked!
